Missions
The Great Commission should set the parameter of Christian service. It's a call for every member of God's family. And it is GREAT indeed! We will have other life tasks, but our primary work is to fulfill the Great Commission - in our home, in our personal life, in our neighborhood, in our workplace, in our community... and beyond. We have been entrusted to share the Good News of Christ! This is a privilege each of us shares, as well as a responsibility we must take personally and corporately as a Church.
At First Baptist Church we have been blessed with many diverse ministries. However we believe that the Great Commission should be the forefront in all that we do. God only asks that we make ourselves available to Him. We're excited about the missions and evangelism ministries we have in place to share the love of Christ through people just like you - people who want to make an eternal difference with their lives for the Gospel.
